I've always been a fan of Miss Guided. As a student there is nothing more exciting than fashionable but affordable clothes that you can make a statement with. With 10% student discount at all times (and a cheeky 20% ever so often), it is hard to resist these trends that they have to offer. Oh did I mention, they offer free next day delivery on offers over £40 too? Sign up to their mail list and you are guaranteed to be emailed exciting codes and treats daily! This blogpost will consist of my picks from their new trends ; Blooming Lovely, Go for Grunge, and Retro Fit.

Blooming Lovely.

Think Alexa Chung, 3D flowers and loud prints based on block colours. This trend is absolutely beautiful and defo my fave. It's a different take on the traditional feminine style that normally comes with floral trends, the juxtaposition of black with bright flowers really toughens up this trend making it suitable for day wear and night wear.  Here are my top picks!

1) Merceda Daisy Print Boxy Top- £17.99
2) Honorata Embroided Floral Sweatshirt - £24.99
3) Ada Embroidered Rose Print Oversized Dress in White- £24.99
4) Demi Daisy Skater Shirt Dress- £24.99

Go for Grunge.

With this trend Miss Guided shows how 'grunge' isn't just black and tartan. Offering PVC in pastel colours grunges up traditionally feminine style which suits those who like to be versatile with their style. The use of mesh is super exciting too, something I have always been a fan of. It seems that they have been inspired by old school Kate Moss and models such as Daisy Lowe. Team up anything from the Go for Grunge trend with dark lipstick and messy up-do's to gain many style points.

1) Nagsia Pvc Mini Skirt in Baby Blue- £17.99
2) Nelsona Strappy Mesh Detail Cami Slip Dress- £19.99
3) Cecily Pu Cut Out Block Heel Ankle Boots- £39.99

Retro Fit.

When exploring this trend all I could think of was Lana Del Rey, high waists, red lips, big hair and enormous sunglasses. The dark colours consistent through out this trend make it ideal for this season, but durable for summer if teamed up with brighter accessories. Collars, dogtooth, a-line cuts and puff balls, what else could you ask for?

1) Petricia Monochrome Dogtooth A-Line Skirt - £14.99
2) Stefania Daisy Print Shift Dress In Black - £24.99
3) Sumiko Long Sleeve Collar Dress in Black - £24.99
4) Amaranta Flower Print Puffball Dress- £29.99
